Our story
Why we built this
Policing asks a lot of the people who do it. Long shifts, difficult calls, and a career that can end suddenly through injury, ill health, or simply wanting a different life. We kept hearing the same thing from officers: there wasn't one clear, trustworthy place to go for guidance on any of that.
Poilice.uk was created to be that place — a straightforward resource hub covering wellbeing, pensions, retraining, and the practical side of stepping into a second career. It sits alongside our sister site, AfterDutyJobs.com, a job board built specifically for police, ambulance, fire and army leavers looking for their next role.
We're not a police force, a union, or a government body — just a small, independent site run by people who care about getting this right.
